7. Fees & Compensation Structure

Massi Network Group operates primarily on a success-based consulting model:

  • Retainer Fee: Typically 30% (non-refundable)

  • Success Fee: Payable upon successful funding or transaction completion

  • Fees may vary based on complexity and will be disclosed in writing

Payment is due upon:

  • Receipt of funds

  • Execution of any agreement resulting from our introduction

All fee terms are governed by separate executed agreements.

8. Non-Circumvention & Confidentiality

By engaging with the Company, you agree:

  • Not to bypass, avoid, or circumvent Massi Network Group

  • Not to contact introduced parties without written consent

  • To maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information

Duration: 36 months

Violation may result in:

  • Legal action

  • Financial damages

  • Injunctive relief

9. Refund Policy

All fees, including:

  • Retainers

  • Consulting fees

  • Advisory payments

Are strictly non-refundable.

10. Use of Website
